This elegant bathroom was a total renovation as major water damage occured due to to age or more likely bad workmanship from the previous contractor.
The inspection reveled that water had effected the walls and floor. Our recommendations were to to replace the floor with waterproof covering and new sub-floor. The client felt that the walls and floor should be replaced based on our assessment and long term use. We used our expertise to redo the floor, walls and installed new plumbing that was up to code. The client decided to visit our location and chose floor and wall tile from our designer colection as they wanted an elegant and classic look.
Client had ideas to make the perfect bathroom, didn’t know how to get it done… until he called us.
